Our unique smart milking technique, works by gently stimulating the udder to fully empty it of milk two minutes. Unlike other methods, smart milking fully empties the udder, collecting more high quality milk in less time, all while protecting cow health and comfort.

What is the best choice for your cows and your farm?
With M²erlin, you have completed flexibility from installation through every stage of milking. The integrated cow traffic system allows each cow to enter and leave the milking robot in two different ways:
either straight ahead or from the side before moving to different groups or separation areas. All of this is
possible without separate selection gates, and able to fit in any barn or dairy retrofit due its compact size, making it easier than ever to separate cows.
At Fullwood JOZ, we believe in calm and productive cow traffic. However, we understand that some farms require guided cow traffic systems due to unique requirements of their business set-up. We support this option and can provide solutions to match.
FREE2GO
K-flow gates give your cows freedom of movement with no restrictions, requiring less fencing and saving on costs.
MILK2FEED
Separate cows via a pre-selection gate, gently guiding each cow to the robot if they’re ready for milking, or to the feed area if not.
FEED2MILK
When passing from feed area to the lying area, the pre-selection gate determines whether a cow is ready to be milked. After milking, all cows return to the feed area.
Grazing
Cows and grazing go together. Cows enjoy being outside when the weather permits it and dairies often pay a higher price for grass-based milk. Although grazing is not always viable for every farm, M²erlin fully supports grazing wherever it is possible.
