Design & Planning
Whether you are considering a new intensive housing development or looking to expand on your existing dairy the first thing we look at prior to any site visit with a client is identifying any overlays and separation distances from neighbours/towns. This can save time and money straight away as it will identify what challenges (if any) the development will have to overcome or whether a variation to the site location needs to be considered.
